Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Garden Worker to join our team in Kiryat Gat. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves daily plant care, monitoring growth conditions, ensuring optimal plant health, and maintaining a clean and organized cultivation area. Tasks include planting, pruning, watering, and managing pest control according to our strain-specific care programs. Collaboration with team members to enhance cultivation processes and adhere to quality standards is an integral part of the role. Qualifications * Knowledge of plant care techniques, including pruning, trimming, irrigation, and pest control. * Experience in using advanced environmental control systems, such as climate control and high-tech lighting setups. * Ability to follow scientific and data-driven protocols for plant cultivation and health monitoring. * Strong organizational and teamwork skills to maintain efficiency and process adherence in an on-site environment. * Physical ability to work in an indoor cultivation facility, including standing, bending, and lifting as needed. * Passion for sustainable and innovative agricultural practices. * Previous experience in horticulture or agricultural production is a plus.
