What To Expect As a Field Service Technician in our Energy and Charging Field Service team, you will play a vital role in making sure both our Renewable Energy Storage products and our Superchargers are operating at their best. Your daily work includes traveling to sites, performing maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs, along with commissioning at locations across Israel. What You'll Do Perform all on-site technical activities related to the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in Israel and abroad when neededTroubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis, both remotely and on-siteStakeholder managment and act as the first point of contact to contractorsTeam work based on reporting on recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teamsOrganizational tasks, preparation, organization, and planing your own technical activities What You'll Bring Experience as a technician in the electrical engineering fieldExperience with Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems, High Voltage is a plusA passion for renewable energyExcellent communication skills and ability to work independently, motivated and a proactive attitudeFlexible towards travellingFluency in Hebrew and a good command of English (interviews will be held in English)An Israeli passport or work permit is needed for this position
