Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, for a Facilities Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include: scheduling maintenance, addressing operational issues promptly to the facilities manager on site and escorting vendors from time to time. Additionally, the role involves providing administrative support by ordering food, drinks and stationary office supplies, organizing meeting rooms, scheduling and managing deliveries. Qualifications Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage facility schedules. Efficient multitasking abilities and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in standard office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships and collaborating with team members. Flexibility and ability to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced work environment. * Relevant experience in facilities management, office administration, or a related field is preferred.
