Elmo servo drives technology (A Bosch Company) enables the world’s most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial automation equipment. We are seeking a motivated Export Coordinator to join our team for a temporary 3-month position. As an Export Coordinator, you will provide back-office and operational support for local and international shipment activities, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of our products. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with shipment processing and documentation * Coordinate and follow up with logistics providers * Monitor shipment status and update internal systems * Support internal teams with shipment-related requests Requirements: * Back-office / administrative experience in a complex organization – required * Student or recent graduate – advantage * Background in logistics, business, or operations – advantage * Experience with ERP systems (Priority) – advantage * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Quick learner, adaptable, and detail-oriented * Strong organizational, multitasking, and teamwork skills * High-level Hebrew & English
