OurCrowd is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech savvy Executive Assistant to join our Legal team on a maternity leave cover contract. In this role, you’ll support our Legal department by managing a variety of legal and compliance filings, coordinating with internal teams and external counsel, and ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the world of venture capital, innovative startups, and alternative investing. Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and the legal team, including scheduling, managing the legal inbox, and processing signature requests, invoices and expenses * Manage recurring regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions, including Canada, the US, Singapore, and other relevant regions * Oversee the formation, maintenance, and closure of corporate entities, including SPVs, and coordinate document requests such as certificates of good standing * Support escrow account creation, maintenance, and closures in collaboration with deal teams and external partners * Filing, maintain and organize internal legal documentation, including investment committee memos and consent forms * Liaise with internal stakeholders to respond to investor inquiries or requests related to legal processes * Track and report on legal and compliance activities to ensure timely completion of all requirements Requirements: * 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant (ideally in a law firm/financial services firm), paralegal, legal assistant, or compliance-related role * Strong English proficiency * Excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills * Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools and systems (Salesforce experience a plus) * Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities * Strong communication skills and professionalism when working with internal and external stakeholders
