What you will be doi * ng Manage investors’ and VIP external meetings for the C * FO.Manage complex calendars and meeting schedules for two C-level executiv * es.Coordinate internal and external meetings, anticipate needs, and resolve conflicts proactive * ly.Prepare agendas, take notes, and summarize meetings with clear action ite * ms.Track progress and participate in the coordination of initiatives across HR processes and ensure timely follow-u * ps.Support CHRO in the creation of presentations, reports, and materials as need * ed.Support CHRO's day-to-day operations and cross-functional communication between tea * ms.Assist CHRO with budget tracking or approval processes when requir * ed.Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discreti on. Your Skills And Experi * ence Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior execut * ives.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environ * ment.Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all le * vels.High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abili * ties.Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and other work-management t * ools.A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to anticipate n * eeds.Excellent English and He * brew.Bachelor’s degree prefe rred.
