Title: Executive Assistant Locations: Fully Remote, in PST/MST/CST time zones in the US Duration: Contract-to-Hire (12+ Months) Working Hours: 8am to 5pm (time zone dependent on contractor), Monday
– Friday. Objective: * We are searching for a highly adaptable, motivated, and execution-oriented Executive Assistant Contractor. This EA contractor will be responsible for supporting our 4-5 VP-level executives. The ideal person is self-directed and autonomous, is capable of managing a varied workload from multiple inputs, and can prioritize the day-to-day against the bigger picture. Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day calendars & organize meetings, appointments, expenses, and travel for VP-level executives and their teams. * Organize and handle incoming schedule requests and correspondence through multiple channels. * Review important tasks and identify/prioritize urgent matters that require an immediate response. * Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, dinners and offsites. * Collaborate with EAs and the VP of Business/Chief of Staff’s team on additional tasks as needed. Requirements: * AA/BA/BS degree preferred. * Proficient in Google (Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Docs), Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) & Zoom. * Proven ability to work well independently, intuitively, and able to anticipate needs. * Strong writer and oral communication skills, attention to detail & a “can do” attitude. * Excellent organizational skills and follow through. * Able to multitask in a faced-paced start-up environment.
