• Enterprise Work Management, you’ll lead one of monday.com’s most strategic product domains, responsible for a significant and growing portion of our business. You’ll define and execute the product vision that enables large organizations to plan, govern, and execute work at scale
• across teams, portfolios, and the enterprise as a whole. This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of product strategy, platform thinking, and enterprise execution. You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing, and lead multiple product groups building mission
• critical capabilities for our largest customers. About The Role Product Strategy & Vision Define and evolve monday.com’s enterprise work management strategy, spanning project, portfolio, and resource management, as well as enterprise
• grade administration, governance, and compliance. Own the enterprise product vision across the portfolio, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business priorities, and long
• term platform strategy. Develop deep understanding of enterprise buyer and user personas (e.g., PMOs, IT, security, execs, team leads) and translate their needs into scalable, differentiated product solutions. Represent the Enterprise Work Management domain in company

Product Execution & Delivery Own the roadmap and execution for enterprise work management and platform capabilities, setting clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
