A gut health clinic in Beit Shemesh is expanding its educational offerings through workshops, online programs, and community initiatives. We are seeking a Director of Growth & Operations to act as a strategic partner in growing and organizing this work. This is not a junior marketing role. It is a leadership position for someone who can translate expertise into structured programs, systems, and sustainable growth. You will oversee marketing, program expansion, operations, and team coordination, working closely with the founder. Key Responsibilities: Grow the clinic’s audience and email list Expand workshops, online programs, and community initiatives Build partnerships and explore new revenue opportunities Manage social media, LinkedIn content, and podcast outreach Develop digital products and support live events Coordinate team members and operational workflows Follow up with leads and implement remarketing strategies Collect and manage client testimonials Requirements: Experience growing online programs, educational platforms, or small businesses Strategic thinker who can also execute effectively Strong organizational, operational, and project management skills Comfortable working closely with a founder in a small, mission
