The Role We are looking for a Director of Business Operations to act as a high-level force multiplier for our business. We need a strategic builder who can take a high-level objective, define the "A to Z" roadmap, and execute it with full autonomy.You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution. You will hold the pen on commercial negotiations, define company-wide KPIs, and build the infrastructure required to scale. Key Responsibilities: Where You Will Lead 1. Strategic Execution (From A to Z)
• Take loose concepts or strategic goals from the C-suite and turn them into concrete, operational reality.
• Own complex, cross-functional projects entirely—from defining the initial strategy to the final rollout—without needing daily oversight.
• Identify bottlenecks in our current processes and ruthlessly optimize them for speed and efficiency. 2. Commercial Negotiation & Partnerships
• Lead high-stakes negotiations with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Analyze the financial impact of operational decisions; you aren't just spending the budget, you are optimizing the P&L of your initiatives. 3. Performance Management & KPIs
• Design and implement KPI frameworks for various departments. You won't just track the numbers; you will hold teams accountable to them.
• Build the "dashboard" of the business, ensuring leadership has a clear, data-driven view of health and performance. 4. Systems & Infrastructure
• Systematize the business. If a process happens twice, you automate it or build a playbook for it.
• Step in to troubleshoot and fix broken workflows in any department (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure the machine keeps running fast. Who You Are
• A Builder, Not a Maintainer: You get restless if things are "quiet." You want to fix things, build things, and improve things.
• Super Autonomous: You don't ask "What should I do today?" You look at the business, see what is broken or missing, and you fix it.
• Commercially Savvy: You understand how operations impact the bottom line. You are comfortable reading a contract and negotiating better terms.
• High Horsepower: You can switch between high-level strategy (Annual Planning) and low-level execution (fixing a broken data flow) in the same hour. Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or a "Chief of Staff" role in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of end-to-end project management (A to Z).
• Strong financial literacy and data analysis skills.
• Experience leading negotiations and managing external partners.
