We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager Mia Dynamics is an international Israeli company (publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange), focused on developing and marketing innovative products in the micro-mobility space. Learn more: www.miadynamics.com www.miadynamicsla.com We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our online growth and e-commerce operations. What you’ll do:
• Manage and operate our Shopify store (products, content, promotions, upsells)
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Handle product listings on Amazon or work with suppliers managing Amazon operations
• Manage website content, campaigns, and ongoing updates
• Work with international distributors and support their digital marketing needs
• Respond to customer inquiries and leads via email
• Support customer success across multiple communication channels
• Monitor performance and continuously improve conversion and user experience What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
• Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns
• Native-level English (written and spoken) + Hebrew proficiency
• Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented Nice to have:
• Experience with conversion optimization (CRO)
