Our classification and recommendation systems allow us to provide better experiences for our users. yad2's Data teams are the engine behind our product experience. Through understanding user behavior, we can analyze their behavior and leverage this data to continuously enhance our tools and services. We are looking for a talented Data Project Manager & Scrum Master to join our data department. You will own the end-to-end Scrum processes and Project Management life cycles, ensuring that our data projects are prioritized, measured, and delivered with excellence. You will serve as the focal point for methodologies, streamlining how our data teams operate, communicate, and scale. What You Will Be Doing * Agile & Scrum Mastery: Lead all Scrum ceremonies (Dailies, Pre-planning, Planning, and Retrospectives), driving continuous improvement through the implementation of action items * End-to-End Project Management: Orchestrate projects by translating requirements into clear, estimated, and prioritized work plans in collaboration with business verticals * Production Forum Management: Manage the weekly forum with key stakeholders to analyze incidents, track live deployments, and implement lessons learned to prevent recurring issues * Jira Management & Control: Utilize Jira as the central project management hub * Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap with business units and manage the monthly "Data Release" to showcase developments and data achievements to the entire company * Methodology: Developing and implementing work methodologies to enhance team efficiency Your Skills And Experience * Final year student with availability for at least an 80% position (4 days a week), and at least one year remaining until graduation
– a must * SQL knowledge
– a must * Familiarity with Jira
– an advantage * Previous experience as a PMO, Operations Coordinator, or similar roles as a student
– an advantage * Theoretical or practical understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies * Exceptional organizational skills and a "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced environment * Excellent interpersonal skills—a natural facilitator who can lead forums and drive collaboration
