Customer & Process Improvement Project Manager (Planning & Supply Chain) Padagis is looking for a dynamic professional to join our Yeruham site, combining strategic customer management with operational excellence and process improvement initiatives within our Planning (Production Planning & Control – PPC) and Supply Chain teams. This position bridges customer needs with internal manufacturing and planning capabilities. You will play a key role in optimizing workflows, implementing automation and digital tools, and continuously improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Customer & Supply Chain Management * Manage day-to-day operational and commercial relationships with U.S.-based customers * Own end-to-end product supply across the supply chain * Lead cross-functional collaboration within the site to meet customer requirements * Provide professional support on agreements, forecasts, deliveries, schedule changes, exception handling, and more Operational Excellence & Process Improvement * Lead operational excellence projects within Planning and Supply Chain * Identify bottlenecks and manual processes, and drive efficiency improvements * Implement automation and digital tools to enhance planning workflows Role Details * Reports to: Supply Chain Manager (Yeruham site) * Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday * Requires flexibility for additional hours and coordination with U.S. time zones Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering * 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Planning / Project Management * Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment – strong advantage * Experience working with international customers * Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects * Experience with ERP systems – advantage (SAP preferred) * Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis * Experience in process improvement / operational excellence – strong advantage * Fluent English (written, spoken, reading) * Strong analytical and data analysis skills * Ability to influence and drive stakeholders If you’re looking to join a global pharma company and make a real operational impact- this role is for you!
