The Role We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our BDM's team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth, expanding our presence in the local market, and maximizing revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships and project sales. Key Responsibilities * Identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities while understanding customer needs * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including strategic clients, consultants, and system integrators * Manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers * Lead meetings, presentations, product demos, webinars, and customer engagements * Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences * Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights * Manage and maintain CRM systems (Salesforce), as well as tools such as Asana and Monday.com * Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Technical, Presales, Sales, and R&D teams to enhance inbound sales processes * Travel domestically and internationally as required * Take on additional responsibilities as needed Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales (software, hardware, or integrated solutions) * Strong background in customer relationship management, prospecting, and lead generation * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships * Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored value propositions * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-tasking environment * Team player with experience working across multiple functions * Willingness to travel, including international travel, as needed * Fluency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken)
