CRM Expert (Full-Time) Location: Har Tuv / Bet Shemesh (In-office) Ephoca, a leading manufacturer of high-end HVAC systems for luxury hotels and office buildings, is seeking a Zoho CRM Expert to manage and optimize our CRM operations. We are looking for a Zoho CRM Expert to join our team full-time in our Bet Shemesh office. As a Zoho CRM Expert, you will be responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing Zoho CRM to ensure smooth business operations and improved customer user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Zoho CRM’s capabilities, excellent technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to customize the system to meet business needs. Requirements: * Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Zoho CRM system to ensure its functionality and optimization for sales, customer support, and business operations. * Train and support employees on using Zoho CRM effectively. * Work closely with different departments to implement CRM workflows and automations. * Monitor and ensure system performance, troubleshoot any issues, and escalate when necessary. * Experience in customizing and maintaining Zoho CRM, including modules, Dashboard reports, and automations. * Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. * Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Based in or willing to commute to Har Tuv / Bet Shemesh. * Experience with APIs and integrating Zoho CRM with other software tools is a plus.
