Position Summary: The Coordinator, Digital Marketing is responsible for executing and supporting SFA’s digital marketing efforts with a focus on website management, content publishing, website reporting, and SEO. This role will manage day-to-day updates to SpecialtyFood.com, support strategic optimization efforts, and contribute to improving site performance, discoverability, and user experience. They will also assist in analytics reporting and campaign performance tracking through platforms like Google Analytics and HubSpot. This role plays a key part in bridging marketing, content, and technical execution — supporting both proactive projects and incoming web maintenance needs. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Website & Content Management * Build and update web pages using Kentico CMS * Make copy, image, and layout updates across SFA.com as needed * Conduct ongoing audits for broken links, outdated content, 404s, and missing metadata * Implement redirects and ensure accurate sitelink and online directory information * Review and apply recommended updates from Google Search Console * Coordinate and submit support tickets to American Eagle for more complex site updates * Track web update requests and manage internal review process from dev to live site * Assist with original content migration from LMS platform to SpecialtyFood.com * Assist in web QA and testing before publishing changes Digital Reporting & Analytics * Set up and maintain Google Analytics dashboards and reports * Analyze web behavior, referral traffic, conversions, and user flow * Surface actionable insights to help inform UX and content strategies * Track performance of digital campaigns in HubSpot * Send weekly email and campaign analytics reports SEO & Optimization * Optimize all site pages with accurate meta titles, descriptions, and image alt text * Conduct basic on-page SEO and content hygiene practices * Collaborate with marketing and content teams to implement search-friendly strategies * Monitor site performance and search trends via SEO tools and Google Search Console Cross-Functional Support * File and track production tickets with development partners * Support ticket routing, triaging, and internal stakeholder approvals * Work closely with Brand Experience and Digital Marketing leads to maintain alignment across platforms and channels * Assist in ongoing cleanup and quality control of existing site content Position Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field * 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, web content management, or a related role * Familiarity with CMS platforms (Kentico experience is a plus) * Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred * Basic familiarity with Canva or other graphic/design tool * Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools * Understanding of SEO principles and best practices * Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot a plus) * Experience with project management software (Asana a plus but not required). * Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally * Comfortable learning new systems and tools * Strong organizational and project management skills Physical Demands & Work Environment: This position is primarily remote but will require your presence in person at various times. Regardless of location, job demands may require long periods of sitting; telephone work and/or computer work, as well as interactions with other staff members, external vendors and SFA external constituents. There will be periodic travel required both to industry events and for team and department meetings. Occasional lifting of heavy boxes up to 40 pounds may be required, particularly around events.
