Controller – For A Public Company A leading publicly traded real estate company is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Controller to join our Finance team. Full-time | On-site | Tel Aviv Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Oversee tax reporting, filings, and regulatory compliance
• Manage internal controls, financial processes, and management reporting
• Take financial ownership of real estate projects – including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and analytical review
• Work closely with external auditors, banks, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights Requirements:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – חובה
• Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior finance role – חובה
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform under pressure
