Consumer Product- Project Manager Project Manager We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a fast-growing international beauty brand. In this role you’ll be managing projects related to the development and launch of physical cosmetic products, working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring products to market. We’re looking for a proactive, self-starter who doesn’t wait for things to happen. Someone who follows up, chases answers, and gets things done. If you’re highly organized, action-oriented, and excited to work across many moving parts in a startup setting, this role is for you. In this role, you will: * Project Ownership: Lead multiple cross-functional projects end-to-end, from ideation, planning through execution and delivery. * Process Creation & Documentation: Build and maintain SOPs, trackers, and workflows that help the business scale efficiently. * Problem Solving & Execution: Identify blockers early, think creatively, and push for solutions. * Support Ad Hoc Requests: Work closely with different functions across the business to support ad hoc projects as needed. We’re looking for someone who: * Experience: 3–5 years of experience in project management or product/project operations (CPG experience preferred; cosmetics is a strong plus). * Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. * Ownership & Responsibility: Takes full accountability for projects and outcomes. * Growth Mindset: Curious, eager to learn, and excited to work across many aspects of building a CPG brand. * Fluent in English
