Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring an IT Technician for a leading financial organization Role Description We are looking for a hands-on IT Technician with strong technical skills and a high service orientation to support end users, handle technical issues, and manage end-user equipment and multimedia systems. The role includes independent work with internal stakeholders and external vendors in a dynamic, service-driven environment. Requirements * 2+ years of experience in an IT support / IT technician role * Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user equipment * Strong service orientation and ability to work independently under time constraints * Experience managing laptops, end-user equipment, and inventory * Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Zoom, Poly, Ivanti, SCCM, or VDI – advantage
