The role We’re looking for an L2 IT Technician in data center to support and maintain large-scale GPU clusters in a data center environment. We are seeking an experienced IT Hardware Support Engineer to This role focuses on troubleshooting of high-performance server hardware, including GPU clusters. You will be deeply involved in resolving complex hardware incidents, proactively handling L1/L2 support via the ticketing system. Working closely with IT infrastructure engineers and L3 technicians, you will help optimize diagnostics, reduce resolution times, and continuously improve SLA performance. This role requires shift work (day & night), that will be compensated. You’re welcome to work on-site at our colocation facility in Beit Shemesh, Israel. What You’ll Bring * At least 6 years of experience in IT, including 3+ years focused on endpoint management, MDM, and automation in modern environments. * Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Kandji, and Microsoft Endpoint —bonus points for deep expertise in Kandji and Intune. * Deep understanding of macOS, Windows, and Linux configuration, compliance, and lifecycle best practices. * Proven experience providing Tier 3 support in a global, fast-paced environment, collaborating across time zones and teams. * Strong integration skills with identity platforms like Okta, Entra ID. * Scripting proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or Python to automate workflows and drive efficiency at scale. * A proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership. comfortable leading projects end-to-end and driving impact.
