Team Management: Lead and manage a team of collection specialists, focusing on professional development and performance. Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute collection strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize delinquencies. Performance Monitoring: Track team metrics and ensure all collection targets are met or exceeded. Compliance & Policy: Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all activities. Training & Mentorship: Conduct regular sessions to enhance team skills regarding industry best practices and techniques. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with other departments to improve overall workflow and efficiency. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed collection performance reports to senior management and the CFO.
