What will you do? * Own the partner strategy
– Lead the strategy, sales, and execution for building new partnerships and growing existing ones * Expand into new markets
– Identify and onboard partners positioned to accelerate Guidde’s reach and revenue * Manage partner pipelines
– Run leads and deals with partners, ensuring momentum, clarity, and follow-through * Deliver partner revenue targets
– Own partner sales goals and consistently deliver against them * Track and optimize performance
– Monitor results, identify issues early, and execute improvements across partnerships * Collaborate cross-functionally
– Work closely with Marketing, BizOps, Data, and Product to support partner success What will you need to have? * SaaS partnerships or sales experience
– 1–2 years in SaaS partner management or sales roles * Channel exposure
– Experience working with channel partners or resellers (strong advantage) * Proven sales execution
– Track record of hitting targets and managing deals end-to-end * Strong planning skills
– Experience with account planning, quota ownership, and pipeline management * Ownership mindset
– Ability to take initiatives and projects from idea to execution independently * Excellent communication skills
