An experienced campaign manager and data analyst is required to manage the company's digital media operations. The role combines hands-on campaign management across leading digital platforms with performance analysis, insight generation, and continuous improvement of the company’s digital marketing results. The role includes: Hands-on digital media management: Setup, management, and optimization of paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Managing media budgets and allocating them across platforms according to objectives Audience segmentation and adapting messaging and creatives for each target audience Daily monitoring of campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement Meeting ROAS targets and driving growth in business metrics Requirements: At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns – mandatory Full proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads – mandatory Proven experience in leading campaigns with ROAS targets Full proficiency in GA4 and digital analytics tools Very high proficiency in Excel Analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions and present data clearly Ability to work independently alongside teamwork, with high organization and attention to detail
