Responsibilities: * Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and other traffic sources * Analyze performance data and continuously improve results * Work closely with the creative team to test and scale ads * Communicate directly with clients * Call clients for follow-ups, opt, and check quality traffic. Requirements: * Previous experience working in a marketing agency (mandatory) * Strong analytical skills and performance-driven mindset * Experience managing and scaling budgets * Excellent communication skills * English and Hebrew
