We’re looking for a Business Analyst team lead to join our growing team, and play a key role in leading and shaping our analytics

Responsibilities: * Lead a team of business analysts, including mentoring, task management, and professional development. * Recruit, build, and retain top analytics talent, including establishing new teams. * Define and maintain data structures and analytics frameworks. * Build and manage dashboards to monitor core business KPIs. * Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. * Design and validate predictive models to support product and business goals. * Automate analytical processes and reporting flows. * Design and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation strategies. * Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and monetization teams. Requirements: * Strong background in data analysis and statistical modeling. * Proven leadership experience
– managing and mentoring analysts (must) * Experience in the gaming industry
– advantage. * Experience working in B2C companies or mobile applications
– must. * Advanced statistical knowledge (e.g., significance testing, causal inference, predictive modeling). * Proficient in SQL
– must. * Experience working with dashboarding tools (Tableau & Looker – an advantage). * Experience with Python
– advantage. * Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of business goals.
