The Role We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to work closely with our external CPA and support the company’s day-to-day accounting operations in Israel, with exposure to U.S. activity. This role is a great fit for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and curious
– someone who wants to grow inside a fast-moving e-commerce company and take real ownership over the numbers. What You’ll Do * Handle day-to-day bookkeeping operations of Israeli LTDs and US LLCs * Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, receipts, and expenses * Process supplier invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements * Support VAT, income tax, and statutory filings in Israel * Work closely with the CPA on Israeli and U.S. reporting * Maintain accurate records and help improve accounting processes Must have: * Bookkeeper certification (Level 2 or higher) * At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience * English proficiency (written and spoken) * Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with U.S. companies and/or e-commerce
