BIM Specialist
– חברת IT | משרה מלאה | תל אביב מיקום: רחוב הרכבת, תל אביב שעות: 8:30–17:30 התפקיד כולל:
• תיאום BIM ותכנון אדריכלי
• עבודה עם מערכות מכאניות, חשמל ואינסטלציה (MEP)
• ניהול הגשות ותיאום בין צוותים מקצועיים
• עבודה במשרדי החברה בתל אביב דרישות:
• הבנה וקריאה של תוכניות אדריכליות.
• ניסיון בניהול מודל/ ניהול BIM.
• ⁠ניסיון בתיאום מערכות (MEP).
• ⁠יכולות אנליטיות ופתרון בעיות.
• דיוק, סדר וירידה לפרטים.
• ⁠תקשורת טובה ועבודה בתוך צוות.
• ⁠רצון להתפתח, הגדלת ראש.
• תואר/הסמכה רלוונטית בהנדסה, אדריכלות, ניהול BIM או תחום/ רקע דומה. יתרון:
• רקע בתחומים הבאים: חשמל, תקשורת, מערכות אלקטרומכניות, ביטחון.

• BIM coordination and architectural planning
• Working with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems (MEP)
• Managing submissions and coordination between multidisciplinary teams
• On-site work at the company’s offices in Tel Aviv Requirements:
• Ability to understand and read architectural drawings
• Experience in BIM management / model management
• Experience in MEP coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Motivation to grow, take initiative, and develop professionally
• Relevant degree or certification in Engineering, Architecture, BIM Management, or a related field or background Advantages:
• Background in one or more of the following fields: Electrical systems, Communications, Electromechanical systems, Security systems
• Experience working with consultants
• Understanding of project management processes
