We’re looking for a Sales Manager to take a key role in the heart of our business growth, lead our commercial efforts, expand our supplier portfolio, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. In this role, you’ll join a fast-growing, leading company and own our commercial strategy, develop creative collaborations, and drive performance across multiple channels. Your main focus will be on expanding our supplier network, securing key partnerships within the Israeli market, and delivering commercial success. What You’ll Do * Build and expand strategic collaborations with partners and leading brands across key categories. * Maintain strong partner relationships, negotiate, and close commercial contracts. * Analyze market trends and tailor solutions to achieve business goals. * Develop trade plans, manage pricing, assess profitability, and drive financial and strategic goals. * Collaborate in a fast-paced environment, implement creative solutions, and launch initiatives to support growth. Requirements * Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in relevant roles, such as account management or business development, with a strong track record in sales, negotiation, and closing commercial contracts. * In-depth knowledge of commercial trends in key categories (beauty, fashion, lifestyle, baby products, home goods) within the Israeli market. * Strong business sense, creativity, and initiative, with the ability to lead projects independently, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. * You love what you do, and bring excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passionate, determined, highly motivated approach. * On-site presence and flexibility to engage with partners as needed. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant fields – a strong advantage.
