ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER TEL AVIV – ISRAEL , up to 15,000–18,000 ILS Package: * Monthly gross salary: 15,000–18,000 ILS + commissions (OTE up to €60K). * Working hours: 42h per week (break included). * Company benefits Your Mission: * Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, visual merchandising, store flow, and overall commercial performance * Motivate and guide the team to create a results-oriented culture while delivering an exceptional client experience * Drive KPIs, implement CRM strategies, manage clienteling, and execute local commercial initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty, and sales performance Your Profile: * Demonstrated experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Concession Manager, or Floor Manager, preferably within premium or luxury retail, with strong local market knowledge and expertise in CRM, clienteling, and KPI management * Natural leader with a proven ability to develop teams and cultivate a performance-driven, client-focused culture * Highly organized and operationally meticulous, fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage About the Brand: * International fashion brand known for combining contemporary style with strong heritage and craftsmanship. * Emphasizes authenticity, individuality, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.. * Celebrated for product quality, design innovation, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
