What You’ll Own * Lead the day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, collections, tax-related filings, and intercompany transactions. * Produce monthly and annual financial statements, delivering regular insights to global management teams. * Supervise two bookkeepers, ensuring high-quality output and clear task ownership. * Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and net working capital while building annual budgets and forecasts. * Process Excellence: Work with ERP systems to drive automation and maintain reliable internal financial controls. What We’re Looking For * Mandatory CPA Certification * 2-3 years of experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accountant within a corporate environment. * Full professional command of both English and Hebrew is essential for global collaboration. * Solid understanding of bookkeeping practices, journal entries, and trial balances. * Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic, global setting. * A professional approach with excellent communication skills.
