• paced environment. About the role Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process in accordance with the US GAAP. Ensure all accounts are reconciled, analyzed, and accurately reported in a timely manner for both internal needs and investors. Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors to ensure the timely and accurate filing of the Company’s financial US GAAP annual report, tax returns and other statutory reports. Oversee cash flow, vendor payments, Company’s credit cards and liquidity forecasting ensuring the company has adequate resources for day

• day operations. Perform bank reconciliations and assist in optimizing working capital and hedging. Work with FP&A team and participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses. Continuously review and implement internal controls and accounting policies to ensure compliance with IL and US regulations on an on
• going basis. Interact with other departments to provide consultative support for planning initiatives through financial analysis, reports, and recommendations. Support additional accounting and finance
