• Off autonomy Build and mentor a top
• performing engineering team (planning, control, robotics, embedded) Develop motion planning, trajectory optimization, and behavior layers integrated with our digital twin and edge
• AI stack Own robustness, performance, and safety across the decision pipeline Define clean interfaces between perception, prediction, world model, and actuation modules Drive hands
• on development, architecture, and code reviews Work with system engineering, product, fleet, and OEM/Tier
• 1 integration teams Establish validation methodologies, scenario
• based testing, and fleet
• feedback loops Requirements 5+ years in autonomous driving, robotics, planning, navigation, or control systems Strong expertise in motion planning, trajectory generation, or control theory Excellent C++/Python skills with real
• time system experience Demonstrated team leadership or tech
