We are looking for some exceptional talent to join our Innovation team as an Advanced Technology Researcher. Your Day to Day: * Ownership of complex experimental systems and meeting challenging targets under tight deadlines * Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary research projects across advanced technologies and emerging domains * Design, execute, and analyze experiments, simulations, and proof-of-concept studies * Translate theoretical physics concepts into scalable, real-world applications * Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation * Stay at the forefront of scientific and technological advancements and identify opportunities for integration * Present research findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Requirements: * PhD or MSc in Physics, EE, EO, or a closely related field * 5+ years of experience in advanced research roles within high-tech industries * Strong background in applied physics and hands-on experimental work * Experience working with imaging systems in a development environment * Experience in optical design simulation tools (such as Zeemax)
