Position: Government Administrative Services Manager Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $45–$60/hour Location: Remote Duration: Approximately 6 weeks Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, fully remote and asynchronous Role Responsibilities * Write realistic tasks and scenarios that mirror public sector administrative management operations * Develop case studies involving municipal budgeting, public procurement, facility and program management, and policy implementation * Create structured workflows illustrating departmental coordination, personnel management, and regulatory compliance * Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to administrative prompts for accuracy, professionalism, and operational validity * Provide in-depth feedback to improve model understanding of government administration systems * Collaborate with researchers to ensure tasks align with real government processes and documentation standards Ideal Qualifications * Strong experience in government administrative services, operations, or departmental management * Demonstrated leadership and proven records in public administration, compliance, or financial oversight * Familiarity with government processes such as procurement, recordkeeping, and policy execution * Excellent written communication, grammar, and scenario writing skills * Proficiency with digital documentation tools and administrative software systems Application Process 1.
