The Administrative Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative staff, and ensure smooth and efficient office workflows. This role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, monitoring office supplies, and provide ongoing support to managers and employees across the organization. You need to have: * High school graduate diploma is a must, further education an advantage. * At least 5 years of proven experience in administrative roles. * Proficiency in administrative tools and software, including scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in handling office budgeting, record-keeping, and procurement. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support collaboration with team members and stakeholders. * Team management experience, with a focus on supervising and coordinating administrative staff effectively.
