The Administrative Coordinator of the Legal Clinics Program is responsible for managing the clinics’ human resources (attorneys and administrative staff), budget management, preparation of annual reports, procurement and contracts, student registration, and liaison with external entities. Main Responsibilities: * Develop and manage budgets for the legal clinics, including budget tracking and report generation. * Coordinate the appointment process in the clinics, including attorneys, research assistants, and hourly employees. * Handle procurement, orders, and payments. * Register students for the program. * Organize conferences. * Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders. * Manage the clinics’ website. * Perform additional tasks as needed. Position Requirements: * Native-level Hebrew; high-level English proficiency. * Experience in budget management and procurement. * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * High managerial capability and ability to work in a team. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
