BTB – Be The Bank, Israel’s leading fintech company, continues to grow and is looking for an Active Customer Service Representative to join our Loans Department. Key Responsibilities: * Provide professional customer service to business clients across multiple communication channels. * Perform soft collections activities (pre-legal stage). * Operate and manage advanced technological systems. * Monitor and track payments. * Generate reports and conduct follow-ups related to collections processes. Requirements: * Previous experience in customer service – mandatory. * Financial orientation – a significant advantage. * Good command of Microsoft Office applications. * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Full-time position: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Location: Tel Aviv – just a 2-minute walk from the Hashalom train station.
