Airobotics is seeking an experienced Sales Director to be based in Israel. The Sales Director will play an instrumental part in the APAC/EMEA region’s leadership team and report directly to the VP of global sales. The role is key in achieving the strategic goals of the business and has a global influence and interaction with the company headquarters in Israel. The Sales Director will manage the sales opportunities to achieve company targets and meet the sales quotas. This position involves a significant amount of travel to meet with clients. Airobotics Ltd. is a manufacturer and operator of autonomous Unmanned Aircraft (UAs) and Aerial Data Infrastructure. Airobotics UAs are used for smart cities, homeland security, and industrial services, providing automated data capture 24/7 without human intervention. Responsibilities * Engaging with Tier One Clients and executives * Driving growth across the regions * Educating the market on the system’s capabilities and unique technology * Understanding client requirements and tailoring solutions * Identifying new opportunities with existing clients * Sales strategy development and implementation Requirements * Experience in the Defense and HLS industries
– Must. * 5 years of management experience leading and developing sales. * Proven track record leading and closing multi-million deals. * Knowledge of sales methods and sales infrastructure, including legal contracts with partners and distributors. * Experience in the Smart-city and critical infrastructure industries. * Experience with UAS and C-UAS solutions. * Proven track record of success in a high-activity sales role, territory growth, and/or quota obtainment * Exerience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce * Bachelor’s degree * Strong business acumen * Availability to spend 30%
– 40% of your time overseas * Willing to work in a dynamic startup environment.
