Process Improvement & Procurement Operations Specialist A leading defense company in Be’er Yaakov is seeking a Process Improvement & Procurement Operations Specialist to lead operational excellence and process optimization within the procurement division. Responsibilities:
• Analyzing and mapping procurement workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and driving practical solutions
• Ongoing monitoring of procurement processes, KPIs, and performance reports
• Daily work with ERP systems, including system support processes (supplier onboarding, issue resolution)
• Leading operational improvement projects, process optimization, and change implementation
• Supporting the development and implementation of procedures, methodologies, and organizational standards
• Cross-functional collaboration with procurement, logistics, operations, engineering, quality, and IT teams Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Logistics / Economics / Business Administration
• Experience in process analysis, process control, or operational improvement
• Familiarity with ERP systems, with an emphasis on SAP
• High-level Excel and Office proficiency
• Strong analytical skills, system-level thinking, and ability to work in multi-interface environments
