Description: * Own the first response and qualification process for all inbound leads to ensure adherence to established SLAs * Execute a rigorous pre-approval checklist and disqualify leads with clear reasoning to ensure only high quality prospects reach the Sales team * Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team via Calendly and maintain clean CRM documentation for seamless handoffs * Build and manage outbound ABM account lists that match our approved Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and geographic targets * Execute multichannel outreach sequences using Clay, personalizing messaging based on market trends and operational pain points * Follow up systematically with soft hand raisers from gated assets to progress them through the funnel * Provide a continuous feedback loop to Marketing regarding lead quality and campaign performance to enable real time optimization * Monitor and report on key performance indicators including lead to meeting conversion rates and outbound reply rates Requirements: * Significant background in B2B sales cycles- essential * Proven ability to manage fast paced inbound lead progression and high volume outreach * Experience with CRM management and maintaining data integrity during sales handoffs * Familiarity with multichannel prospecting tools and ABM execution strategies * Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate onsite with Marketing, Sales, and Compliance teams * Analytical mindset capable of providing structured insights on messaging and conversion gaps * Ability to work from the Tel Aviv office to support daily alignment on lead qualification and handoffs * Disciplined approach to meeting KPIs such as SLA adherence and sales acceptance rates BTW: * Prime Tel Aviv location in the heart of the city at Dizengoff square * Dynamic and culturally diverse global work environment * Private onsite chef preparing breakfast and lunch daily * Professional pastry chef crafting fresh desserts every afternoon * On site wellness center with Yoga and Pilates classes * Monthly Shiatsu massage sessions for every employee * Annual company kick off trips to international destinations
