We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-facing Director of Strategic Partnerships & Revenue Operations to work directly under the COO and take ownership of our full post-lead revenue pipeline. This is a high-impact operational leadership role responsible for ensuring that every lead, partner, and client moves smoothly from first contact to signed agreement and long-term success. Role Overview You will own and manage the full lifecycle: Lead → Demo → Platform Creation → Agreement → Ongoing Client Management This role sits at the intersection of Business Development, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Strategic Partnerships. Key Responsibilities Revenue & Pipeline Management * Manage and categorize hundreds of inbound leads * Own and optimize our CRM (Monday.com) pipeline * Ensure accurate tracking, follow-ups, and zero deal leakage * Move opportunities efficiently across all stages Demo & Platform Creation Oversight * Coordinate with internal designers to create customized demo platforms * Manage design timelines, priorities, and budgets * Ensure fast turnaround and high-quality delivery * Align demos with client expectations and strategic goals Client & Partner Relationship Management * Act as primary operational point of contact for clients and B2B partners * Manage both local and international accounts * Maintain continuous, professional communication across time zones * Provide onboarding, training, and implementation support * Ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention Strategic Partner Enablement * Support agencies and enterprise partners selling Wiply solutions * Oversee onboarding and integration processes * Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers Internal Alignment & Reporting * Provide management with pipeline visibility and performance updates * Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational gaps * Create structure and improve processes where needed Requirements * Fluent or Native English – written and spoken (mandatory) * 3+ years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations (preferably in SaaS or tech) * Proven experience managing CRM systems (Monday.com advantage) * Strong project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills * Experience working with international clients * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented * Ability to manage budgets and internal teams * Proactive, ownership-driven mindset Nice to Have * Experience in B2B SaaS startups * Experience managing agency or enterprise partnerships * Familiarity with digital marketing, adtech, or engagement platforms * Experience working with global markets (US, LATAM, Asia) What We Offer * A strategic, high-impact role working directly with the COO * Exposure to international clients and partnerships * Fast-growing tech environment with real ownership * Opportunity to grow into senior revenue leadership over time * Collaborative and ambitious team culture

The 3 new metro lines will total 150km and 109 underground metro stations to serve 24 municipalities. Key figures: * Estimated 2 million passengers per day will benefit from the new metro network. * €50bn estimated cost. * Benefits to Tel Aviv Area : 30% increase in public transport use and €8bn in economic benefits to the local economy. Job Description Reporting to the Head of Integration will support and manage all interface functions and integration issues for the Tel Aviv Metro Programme. You will be supported by Egis engineers and experts in Israel and technical centres overseas. Job Description: Lab Design * The Lab Manager is responsible for executing the lab process such as: design agenda and documents, leading the design feedback and iteration process with Greenhouse teams and Deloitte teams, overseeing content curation and creation, reviewing all lab materials, and conducting pre-lab interviews as appropriate. * Ensure all production requirements meet lab design specifications * Apply design thinking and creative problem-solving skills to foster dynamic experience for our client's and account teams Lab Delivery * Overseeing the delivery of the laboratory on the day, which involves synthesizing important insights and takeaways in real time during the session. * Facilitate lab activities under the mentorship of Lab Leads * Helping to identify opportunities for in-session design or delivery changes, leading breakout groups, and facilitating some lab modules. * Develop comprehensive documentation for each lab, including capturing notes and organizing information. People Leadership * Mentor and support teams by providing guidance and helpful feedback to lab producers and junior staff. The ideal candidate will be a cooperative leader who enjoys fostering the development of others. * Project Management * Own project management for assigned labs, including setting and tracking milestones, communicating objectives, proactively identifying risks, and leading meetings with Greenhouse and Deloitte teams * Lead or participate in client interviews and support relationships with Deloitte account teams and lab leads * Demonstrate strong project management, stakeholder management, and attention to detail Requiremnets: * Minimum of 6-8 years work experience; at least 2-3 years of client experience * Bachelor's Degree * Facilitation experience * Well-developed analytical skills
