Work to resolve labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Identify, negotiate, and resolve conflicts of supply (materials and capacity) to ensure optimal outcome of production plan. Inventory management: Determine inventory policy Analyzing inventory trends Material utilization Physical count Minimum Qualifications BSc in industrial & management engineering or equivalent Up to 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary planning/operations/supply chain Excellent interpersonal communication skills Excellent English
• writing, speaking & reading High analytical skills and ability to work with advanced analysis BI tools & Excel Ability to work independently, under pressure and in a group highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines Experience with ERP
