• Jaffa Temple Oversee daily spa operations and ensure the highest standards of service delivery across all treatments and facilities. Deliver and maintain an unforgettable luxury guest journey, consistently exceeding expectations of our high
• profile clientele. Drive revenue through treatment bookings, retail prescription, and upselling while monitoring KPIs and performance. Manage scheduling, inventory, and spa standards to guarantee efficiency and excellence. Team Leadership & Development (with regional support) Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the spa team. Coach and mentor therapists on L.RAPHAEL protocols, luxury service standards, and product knowledge. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent quality and service excellence across the Jaffa Temple. Collaborate closely with the Spa Manager on team motivation, performance management, and professional growth. Who We Are Looking For A dynamic and inspiring leader with a true passion for luxury wellness and operational excellence.Proven Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury spa or hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong background in high
• end guest experience and team leadership in 5
• star environments.
• Deep knowledge of spa treatments, retail strategies, and luxury service standards.
• Experience in training and developing teams is highly valued.Language Proficiency
• Fluent English and Hebrew (mandatory).
