Phibro Animal Health is seeking a Planning & Supply Chain Projects Lead (Leadership Pipeline Role), for our flagship vaccine manufacturing facility in Beit Shemesh. Job Description: A key role for a leading professional in Planning and Supply Chain, combining a practical, hands-on approach with strong analytical capabilities and excellent Excel skills. The role integrates deep operational involvement with the leadership of cross-functional projects, working in close professional partnership with the Head of Supply Chain, without direct people management. Key Responsibilities: * Lead projects within Planning and Supply Chain, including implementation and continuous improvement of Scheduling systems and Business Intelligence tools * Drive improvements in work processes, management mechanisms, and prioritization within the team and across planning-related interfaces * Support planning and operational management processes of the autogenous site from a supply chain perspective * Lead Change Control processes within the Supply Chain domain * Lead investigations and analysis of quality events related to Production Planning * Perform ongoing analysis of production plans versus demand and customer orders, identify gaps, and drive data-based solutions * Promote initiatives to improve raw material availability, including collaboration with alternative suppliers in partnership with Procurement * Serve as a professional backbone for Production Planning: maintaining, optimizing, and adjusting production plans; building annual plans; and continuously analyzing and improving planning processes — including scheduling and control of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, with a strong focus on data analysis, optimization, and performance improvement * Work closely with internal stakeholders (Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality) * Report directly to the Head of Supply Chain Requirements: * B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory (M.Sc. is an advantage) * 4+ years of experience in Planning / Supply Chain / Production Planning – mandatory * Proven hands-on experience working with data, analyses, and planning tools – mandatory * Very high proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, models, and automations) – mandatory * Experience in leading cross-functional projects – a significant advantage * Experience in process industries / pharmaceutical environment – an advantage * Strong command of information systems – mandatory * High-level English proficiency Role Characteristics: * A professional, impactful, hands-on role with direct influence on planning and supply chain performance, as well as the development of analytical and planning tools * A unique combination of analytical depth, project leadership, and process improvement * Broad exposure to cross-organizational work and multiple interfaces * Part of a Production Planning team, with clear potential to grow into a managerial position
