We are seeking an Experienced System Administrator to join our team and take ownership of our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all systems. Responsibilities: * Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, virtualization environments, and network infrastructure * Provide hands-on support for Windows/Linux operating systems * Monitor system performance and implement improvements * Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange/365, and other enterprise tools * Manage backups, disaster recovery procedures, and security policies * Deploy and support hardware, software, and networking equipment * Collaborate with IT teams to deliver reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions * Document configurations, procedures, and system changes Requirements: * 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role * Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux environments * Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper‑V) * Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls) * Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration * Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure/AWS) * Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
