IT Technician & Help Desk Support We are looking for an energetic and professional IT specialist to join our support team. If you are a natural problem-solver, eager to learn new technologies, and not afraid of technical challenges – your place is with us. What will you do? * Technical Support: Provide professional and user-friendly support to company employees (both on-site and remote), including hardware, software, operating systems, and network infrastructure. * Hardware Management: Troubleshoot hardware issues in laptops and desktops (component replacement, upgrades), and install end-user equipment (monitors, docking stations, IP phones). * User & Permission Management: Manage user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365, and Google Workspace. * Inventory Management: Track IT equipment, prepare workstations for new employees (onboarding), and handle equipment offboarding. * Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose basic communication issues, including WiFi configuration, printers, and file sharing. What are we looking for? (Requirements) * At least 2 years of experience in technical support / Help Desk. * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and experience working with Microsoft 365 environments. * Familiarity with basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP). * Proven ability to diagnose and repair hardware (PC/Laptop) * Willingness to be available for on-call support (remote/phone) outside working hours (with additional compensation). * Ability to work under pressure while providing patient and service-oriented support. * Good technical English (reading and writing). * Advantage: Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified, or Network Administration courses).
