We’re looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to join a dynamic outsourcing company where you’ll gain hands-on experience recruiting for diverse tech roles, work with leading clients. Our growing team at Moveo Source takes part in end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of technological roles across multiple clients. What You’ll Do: * Manage full-cycle recruitment processes — from role definition to successful hire * Partner closely with hiring managers and clients, including senior stakeholders * Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) and develop creative sourcing strategies * Publish job postings and proactively screen CVs * Conduct phone and HR interviews * Accompany candidates throughout the entire process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience all the way through to onboarding. * Work in a dynamic, client-facing outsourcing environment with multiple parallel roles Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Human Resources or similar degree * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and multi-tasking environment * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Proactiveness, ownership, and assertive communication * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Previous experience in recruitment / sourcing or interviewing- Advantage * Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools- Advantage Additional info: * This position is full time located at Tel Aviv.
