• facing teams to drive production readiness across all active and upcoming deployments. Success requires deep technical credibility, operational discipline, and the ability to make hard prioritization calls under real deadline pressure. What You'll Own Infrastructure
• Define the platform’s infrastructure to enable developers and data scientists fast execution with easy development and testing, while also being deployable, robust, scalable, and cloud hybrid / on prem Scale & reliability
• Drive platform uptime, latency, and performance under load across cloud and on

• Manage deployment options (GCP, sovereign cloud, on

• gapped), containerization strategy (Docker/Kubernetes), and integration paths to customers environment (e.g. REST API, S3, Palantir Foundry). Upgrade paths & backward compatibility
• Ensure smooth version management and upgrade paths that don't break active customer environments. Security & compliance
• Own the security posture of the platform, including hardening, encryption, access controls, and ATO/FedRAMP compliance tracks. What You'll Do Partner with engineering, MLOps and DevOps to define and build a deployable, robust, scalable, and cloud hybrid / on

• prioritizing scale, security, and operational improvements alongside feature work. Enable deployment programs (e.g., FedRAMP/ATO tracks, air

• premise rollouts, managed cloud deployments) from planning through successful go
• live. Translate customer environment constraints

• into actionable engineering requirements. Partner with GTM and customer teams to understand each customer's environment and constraints, enabling smooth and predictable integration. Define SLAs for uptime and latency; build the operational metrics and monitoring infrastructure needed to hold them. Requirements Must Have 4+ years of product management experience in a platform, infrastructure, data ingestion or DevOps context. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure), on
• premise environments, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and production operations. Proven track record of owning and shipping production
• grade systems under real operational constraints and with strict data residency requirements. Hands
• on experience with security hardening, compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, ATO, or equivalent), and regulated deployment environments. Ability to read and engage meaningfully with engineering
• level technical discussions. Excellent cross
• functional communication: you translate between engineering reality and customer/business expectations without sugarcoating either side. Experience with government, defense, intelligence, or other regulated/classified (e.g. Banks) environments. Strong Plus Familiarity with air
• gapped or classified network architectures Experience with data pipeline infrastructure or high
