What You Will Do * Build & Deploy: Architect, build, and maintain production-grade real-time video processing pipelines. You will drive deployment across diverse hardware platforms, from edge devices to the cloud. * Optimize Performance: Take charge of optimizing the runtime efficiency of advanced AI models and classic Computer Vision algorithms, ensuring they perform flawlessly in the real world. * Bridge the Gap: Translate research breakthroughs into stable, high-performance software products. * Lead & Mentor: Act as a technical anchor for the team, mentoring junior engineers and helping to shape our engineering culture. Requirements * Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience in an academic or industrial setting. * Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field. * Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python and extensive experience developing in a Linux environment. * Leadership: Experience mentoring junior engineers or acting as a Tech Lead. * Mindset: A "builder" mentality—you have the ability and desire to work in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of an early-stage company. Bonus Points (Advantages) * Understanding of deep learning concepts, state-of-the-art Computer Vision research, and the mathematics behind machine learning. * Proficiency in popular computational and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). * Experience with video protocols and streaming tools (Gstreamer, FFmpeg). * Hands-on experience with hardware integration, ROS, serial communications, or camera calibration tools.
