About the Role: Adcore is looking for a hands-on Product Coordinator to help drive the development and delivery of innovative marketing technology and AI-powered products. In this role, you will work under the Product Owner and serve as the central coordination point between the development team, UI/UX designers, QA, and business stakeholders
– ensuring everyone is aligned and the development process runs smoothly. You will help translate product vision into actionable tasks, manage cross-team workflows, and keep releases on track. The products you'll work on include AI agents and marketing technology applications, so familiarity with both the marketing ecosystem and modern AI tools is highly valued. This role combines structured process management with strong technical understanding and requires someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Be Doing: * Coordinate and streamline the development process across product, R&D, UI/UX, and QA teams. * Work closely with the Product Owner to translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and task breakdowns. * Manage the product lifecycle from concept through development, QA, launch, and onboarding. * Ensure alignment between all stakeholders
– removing blockers, tracking progress, and keeping delivery timelines on track. * Act as the connective tissue between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding. * Translate market insights, customer feedback, and internal input into well-defined product requirements. * Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner. * Ensure seamless integration with the company's other products and business goals. * Act as the voice of the customer within the product development process. Desired Skills and Experience: Must Have: * Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. * 3+ years of experience in product management or product coordination, preferably within SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech. * Strong product management knowledge
– understanding of product lifecycle, roadmaps, backlog management, and agile workflows. * Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, stakeholders). * Experience and hands-on knowledge working with AI platforms, AI agents, and AI-powered tools
– including prompt engineering, task definition for AI systems, and evaluating AI outputs. * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup-like environment. Strong Plus: * Background or experience in digital marketing, advertising technology, or the marketing ecosystem. * Technical aptitude
– ability to read and understand code (not expected to write production code, but should be comfortable reviewing technical specs, understanding APIs, and speaking the language of developers). * Experience working with data-driven products and analytics tools. * Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar).
